[C]ombustion is your cruel and crooked smile, striking terror in the undead. Psychological warfare is satisfaction. You are a child of light. Take again, your fiery stake and savor its burning heat and smoky smell. Force your flame forward into the unholy abyss.

[H]allowed be thy name. Never to grandstand or boast, but your fame shall strike out across the land – farther than you alone could ever trek. Zombies remain faceless, nameless creatures, however others with minds persist. Whether by friend or foe, your name will reach the ends of the Earth. So prepare your humble pie and ground yourself firmly in your daily tasks.

[A]nswers are the enemy of anxiety. Your followers must be informed, yet enshrined. They will not benefit from fluff or falsity. Shower them with a steady rain, but beware for they become soaked. It may intensify the impact of a sudden storm. And for what it’s worth, never give an answer you do not have. It may eventually cause a problem that you do not need.

[O]rchestrating a successful scouting mission is no simple task. Zombies shuffle and shamble, for now. Whence they begin to run and climb is only a matter of evolutionary happenstance. Study and observe. Swiftly recover supplies from the grasp of their grotesqueness. Their rudimentary predatory behavior is a crude cosmic joke. Hesitating to call them apex is a mistake however, and mistakes get people killed.

[S]igns exist everywhere. Small tells… simple shifts of weight or a nervous glance, an unnecessary stutter. The devil wears a red dress but it never fully fits. There’s always a snag, a loose strap, a stain. Every encounter is a gamble, every second in close proximity to an unknown is your death counting down. You must decipher the code, reset the clock. If not, the enemy will drain your light, empty your soul and throw you into the depths of Hell – faith first.
